Manchester United are reportedly considering a late transfer move for Leicester City midfielder Louis Page as they assess their options ahead of the transfer deadline.

The Red Devils have already invested heavily in midfield this summer, bringing in Youri Tielemans, Andrey Santos and Carlos Baleba from Aston Villa, Chelsea and Brighton respectively.

Despite the major overhaul, United could still make another move before the window closes, with Page emerging as a potential late target.

United’s main priority on deadline day is understood to be the signing of a left-back, while a new striker could also be considered if Joshua Zirkzee manages to leave Old Trafford before the transfer window shuts.
