Nigeria defender Benjamin Fredrick is preparing for what could be the biggest breakthrough of his young career after earning promotion to Brentford’s first-team squad ahead of the 2026/27 Premier League season.
The 21-year-old centre-back has been handed a new four-year contract by Brentford, with the club making it clear that he is now expected to compete for a place in Keith Andrews’ senior squad.
