Arsenal have confirmed the signing of Christos Tzolis on a long-term contract, with the Greece international joining the Premier League club from Belgian champions Club Brugge.

The 24-year-old forward arrives in north London after an outstanding spell in Belgium, where he scored 43 goals and provided 45 assists in 108 appearances across all competitions.

Tzolis began his professional career with Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki, rising through the club’s academy after scoring 20 goals in 27 matches for the Under-19 team. He made his senior debut against Olympiacos in June 2020 and helped PAOK win the Greek Cup the following year, contributing five goals in four matches during the competition.

His impressive displays earned him a move to Norwich City in 2021, where he announced himself with two goals and two assists on his debut in a 6-0 Carabao Cup victory over Bournemouth. Loan spells with Dutch club FC Twente and Germany’s Fortuna Düsseldorf followed, allowing him to continue his development.

Tzolis joined Club Brugge in July 2024 and quickly established himself as one of the Belgian league’s standout performers. Playing predominantly on the left wing, he helped the club lift the 2025 Belgian Cup before inspiring Brugge to the 2025/26 Belgian Pro League title.

His outstanding performances also saw him crowned Belgian Pro League Player of the Season in consecutive campaigns, underlining his status as one of Europe’s most exciting attacking talents.

On the international stage, Tzolis has represented Greece at every youth level before making his senior debut in October 2020. He has since earned 34 caps for his country.

Reacting to the signing, Arsenal Sporting Director Andrea Berta expressed his delight at bringing the versatile attacker to the Emirates Stadium.

“We’re delighted to have completed the signing of Christos Tzolis,” Berta said.

Tzolis is expected to add pace, creativity and goals to Mikel Arteta’s attacking options as Arsenal prepare for the new season.
