Tyson Fury has sensationally called out Oleksandr Usyk for a potential November showdown despite being contracted to face fellow Briton Anthony Joshua.

Fury and Joshua have both signed individual contracts for their long-awaited all-British heavyweight clash, which is being targeted for November.

However, negotiations over the venue have delayed an official announcement, with organisers reportedly favouring a location in the United States while Joshua would prefer to stage the blockbuster at Wembley Stadium.

The uncertainty appears to have frustrated Fury, who took to Instagram to claim Joshua was backing out of the proposed fight and suggested Usyk could become his next opponent.

“This will only lead me to a fight with Oleksandr Usyk,” Fury said in an expletive-laden video.

Addressing the Ukrainian directly, Fury said: “Let’s do it again. Let’s run it back in November. The ball is now in your court.”

He then challenged Usyk to decide whether he wanted to face him again in 2026.

“Do you want to fight me this year, 2026, or are you calling it quits? Let me know because I am now looking for a new opponent,” Fury added.

Fury has already faced Usyk twice and lost both encounters, with the Ukrainian claiming victory in their first meeting before winning their rematch by decision.

Usyk is currently working with Joshua as part of his training and coaching team, adding another intriguing dimension to Fury’s latest call-out.

Despite Fury’s comments, there has been no official confirmation that negotiations for the Joshua fight have collapsed.

Sela, Queensberry and Matchroom have declined to comment on whether talks have broken down.

For now, the heavyweight division has been left with another major question: will Fury finally meet Joshua, or could a third chapter of his rivalry with Usyk emerge instead?
