WestHam United have parted ways with head coach Nuno Espírito Santo following a disappointing start to their Championship campaign.
The Portuguese manager was dismissed on Tuesday, November 3, after consecutive home defeats to Southampton and West Bromwich Albion left the Hammers eighth in the Championship table.
WestHam’s 3-1 defeat to West Brom proved to be Nuno’s final game in charge, leaving the club six points behind league leaders Middlesbrough after 13 matches.
Nuno, who joined the club in September 2025, remained in charge despite failing to prevent their relegation from the Premier League last season.
Assistant head coach Rui Pedro Silva and goalkeeper coach Rui Barbosa have also left the club.
However, West Ham have wasted little time finding a replacement, appointing former club captain Scott Parker on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
Parker will now be tasked with reviving West Ham’s promotion ambitions and guiding the London club back to the Premier League.
